The European scrap battle - The final

Finally I post my layout for the finals in The European scrap battle.

I have been SO busy at work, that I haven`t got so much time for scrapping or blogging.

Have been working every day (even Saturedays and Sundays) all December,

so it has been little time left for doing other things.

But now I`m having my Christmas holiday, and can relax together with my family.

And it`s GREAT!!! :)

I got a second place in the battle. Lost against the amazing Aida Domisiewicz.

But I am so happy and honored to have reached this far.

It feels great :) I even got a post in the local newspaper :)

Here is my take on the final battle:

The European Scrap Battle - Semi finals

This was my layout for the semi finals in The European Scrap Battle.

We had to make a monocromatic page. But were allowed to add black and white.

So I chose to make this yellow, sunflower page :)

And................It got me to the FINALS!!!!!

 I am so happy to have reached this far :)

But now I`m meeting Aida Domisiewicz in this last battle!!! That`s gonna be hard!

New sketch at Skissedilla

It`s the first Sunday of November, and it`s time for a new sketch at Skissedilla.

This time I made the sketch. Hope you like it :)

Here is the layout I did for the quarterfinals.

We had to scrap a music style. And I chose ROCK.

Looking back at the 80`s, I remember dancing to the song "Life is Life" by Opus.

My son`s name is Leif. So the title here had to be "Leif is Leif" :)

European Scrap Battle

Well, here is my take on the 4th battle ;) 

We had to use flowers in different ways. Like: stamps, cut-outs, stencils and so on.

And we had to use at least 3 different paper flowers and a flower pattern paper.

Battle #3 in European Scrap Battle

This is my take on the 3rd. battle in the competition.

We couldn`t use any black and white on papers, embellishment, stamping,

paint and so on. It was difficult, but in the end I finnished a page :)

And..........I got through to the next round........yeah!!!!! :) :) :)
